Unbearable whispers 5 not popping after multiple attempts in every lab

Have done every lab twice attempting to get the prophecy popped however the tome did not appear once...is this happening to anyone else?

I did purchase it and have not myself completed 1-4 but it should not have any bearing given i've done this multiple leagues in a row. Also did not see anything in patch notes about it.
