"… of winter" enchant PvP damage is too high
Because of skill mechanics and Dying Breath interaction the enchant do more than 10K non-crit PvP damage per trigger. Even if enchant owner is an archer (so probably has less than 300% generic increased projectile damage)

I expected exactly the same.
But even while using 23-31% ele damage reduction 9.2k ES build I'm getting instantly killed in melee range by 4-projectiles- "of winter" trigger. So the damage is still there. I suspect Gloves Enchants PvP damage still not affected by PvP damage scaling formula, so the damage has linear scaling and even with 80% reduction applied it's still possible to reach absurdly high PvP dps.
