i'm strolling threw this game and mostly use the vendors in town to sell stuff i don't need because most of the stuff i could buy from there are not as good as what i had equipped. So i decided to check out Lilly Roth in act 6 just-to-see what she has for sale... Well... I about gagged. lol. Holy Sweet Jesus. If you are in act 6 and have not seen what she has for sale, just do it. Trust me if its your first time checking this out, you'll be shocked as well. It's instances like that ^ that make me see how incredible this game is. Onward i go to act 7. Thanks for the awesome game GGG.

Ok, so it sounds like HellsAura is a newbie (nothing wrong here). As stated go into the Act 3 Library, complete Siosa's quest to find the 4 pages, and he has a bunch of skill and support gems for sale too.
Edit: Here's a list of the quest gem rewards: PoE Gem Vendor List "You've got to grind, grind, grind at that grindstone..." I think she was added so that you dont have to go back to town when you forget the right currency for Siosa.
