Cannot Purchase Points through Cash Shop

Attempting to buy some points so I can get a stash tab for me and my friends. Each time this error message keeps popping up. I cant even get to any sort of screen to actually put in my CC/Debit Card information. Am I missing something? Kinda feel like i'm going through hoops here to give my money away....

I was having the same problem. Tried a different browser worked fine.
I used Firefox, it worked on Chrome. |
