%100 CPU Usage Problem

When i playing PoE laptop i have really some performance problem. I can play easly some games on medium settings on 720p with my pc and dont have any overheat or fps problem. But PoE uses my %100 CPU and overheat while on waiting hideout. My pc i5 3317u, gtx 740m, 8gb ram and ssd. Is there any fix for my problem?
