Zana quest fail

Hello, I did Zana quest with time to spare as you can see the corpse, time left and that there is 0 monsters left and yet I didn't receive a reward. I even left to the laboratory to talk to Zana and came back but it didn't do a thing.
Have I done something wrong or is it just a bug?

Probably a bug. You should have a "voidspawn of abaxoth" blue pack in the map, but you have 0 monster remaining, so...

Fixed a rare bug where Voidspawn of Abaxoth monster packs would not spawn in some Zana missions, preventing completion of the mission.

Seems it's not totally fixed
