New vendor recipe - Abyss Jewels 5 to 1

I've just discovered a new recipe, that is not listed on wiki.
You can exchange 5 rare Abyss Jewels of the same type for 1 unindentified rare Abyss jewel.



I have only Searching Eye jewels, but that should probably work with other types as well.
Mine are all identified, rare, ilvls 68,68,68,70,70.
Vendor offers me ilvl 68 unidentified rare one.

I need help of the comunity members to clarify the recipe for further adding this info to wiki.

What I have already tried:
- Mixing 4 rare and 1 magic - breaks recipe.
- Mixing 4 rare Searching eye with 1 rare Ghastly or Murderous - breaks recipe.

What needs to be verified:
- Does it work with other types (ghastly, murderous, hypnotic, prismatic)?
- Does it working with other rarities?
- Lowest levels of jewels to proc.

That's not a new recipe, it is the old 5 rares for a new rare, at applies to anything that can be rare.
