Announcements - Development Manifesto: Delve Costing Changes - Forum - Path of Exile

Today we deployed 3.4.3, which contained some large changes to how Sulphite is acquired and how Delves are costed. We've written a development manifesto post regarding feedback to today's patch, including details of what we're changing as a result.
