It depends on how you like to play; there's not intended to be a clear answer on who's "the best" class. Particularly since each class has a variety of ways to be built.

" Agreed. And since you're a closed beta member now is the time to experiment. I started off with a ranger build and then my next was a witch followed by a Marauder. After spending hours playing each I decided I enjoyed the ranger the most and have focused on that class in HC mode through level 50+. Find the one that matches your playing style and more importantly, you enjoy the most and play that class. You don't need us to tell you which class is the right one for you. |

From your choices, I'd guess a strength based build on a bow ranger with the "Iron Grip" keynode could land in a very high dps score... depending on the amount and time of your access on the support gems.

so...
WITCH can get 6 power charges till lv 34 in passive skill tree http://poezone.ru/skilltree/#tO but have to use minion gem and somehow get power charges from armor/siphon RANGER can get 6 frenzy charges till lv 45 in passive skill tree http://poezone.ru/skilltree/#g5 but have to use bloody rage or frenzy and elemental dmg ;] BUT the question is what will give more DPS? in witch power charges gives additional chance to critical(but iam not sure about it, it should increase power-dmg) , 1 power charge gives +50% chance to critical, every additional 100% chance (doubles the dmg from skill?) in ranger frenzy charge increase attack speed but idont know how much so still which to choose? very fast bow multiprojectile multiple arrows with elemental dmg on ranger OR very good AoE skills/multiprojectile skills with a lot of critical chance(which i dont know if at its maximum give 100% chance to critical or multiplies dmg from skill) |

The extra critical chance from power charges (and from everywhere else) actually multiplies the base critical chance for whatever skill you're using - so, with a base critical chance of, say, 5%, four power charges will get you an extra (4 * 50%) * 5% = 20% chance to crit with that skill.
The increase in attack speed for frenzy charges is 5% per charge (before passive and skill bonuses); it also provides a 5% cast speed bonus per charge. I have wandered through insanity;

thx for help but...how the hell u have got 20 from (4x 50%) x5%?!
i think u meant (4x 50) x5% and its 10% when 4 charges 8 charges will get 20% am i right? if yes its useless iam really trying to undrestand all this...... l;/ |
