Convocation+Invoker (Necromancer Node)
So, this bug has been in the game for quite a while already. I am surprised noone reported it yet. It's about Convocation recovery speed while being Necromancer.
Basic Convocation cooldown is 8 seconds. Necromancer's Invoker Node grants 50% cooldown recovery speed. Instead of expected 4 seconds on Convocation in fact you get 5.33 seconds. With a bit of calculation you can see that it is only 33% cooldown reduction instead of mentioned 50%. I don't know what is bugged here - Convocation itself, Invoker node or simply wrong description. However, i've looked into previos Convocation threads and found that some time ago people reported Convocation cooldown enchant on helms was bugged too (don't have one to test atm). Still bugged in 3.7 version.
It still gives 33% cooldown recovery speed instead of mentioned 50%. Although it's less painful now, because in 3.6.0. base Convocation cooldown time was changed from 8 to 4 seconds. So, new value should be 2.0 seconds with Invoker node, not 2.67 seconds. |

No, It's correct.
They explained the math of this years ago. So if 100% is base value of the current skill, then we would end up calculating it like this. Base / 1 + (RC/Base) 100 / 1 + (50/100) = 66.67 . This is the actual value of the Cooldown. 66.67% of 4 is 2.67 . |
