Primeval Ruins still not giving stairs

So I just did a primeval Ruins Delve encounter and still didn't get the stairs after I ended the delve and clicked on the open ruins.

Same here. Both were bugged. Reset mine after the first bugged one - didnt help.

Same here, 3 primeval ruins without entrance

Same for me 3 doors and all closed, a 3 abyssal chamber and 2 ruined chamber also close in 2h of delving, what the hell is going on, had a spot with huge potencial with 12 entrances not even half spawned a door
