Delve Instance Problems. Instances won't load. Two crawlers

I cannot progress. Usually when I pick a new destination (after starting a new Delve run) I see the white circle. I do not see that any more. I cannot use Delve at this time.

Did not have this problem until the patch hit today. As you can see, there are two crawlers on this map. One where the orange cursor is and one to the right of my mouse button. This is the issue.
