Bannon needs the Staff of Avarius to break through Kitava's Horns and defeat him.Bring it to him at the docks. Bannon has used the Staff of Avarius and sacrificed himself to resurrect Innocence. Talk to Lani for a reward. Quest Complete - Bannon has used the Staff of Avarius and sacrificed himself to resurrect Innocence. Lani has rewarded you. In Act 10, you should first need to rescue Bannon from the Rooftops. From the docks, go to the north/top of the area, click the ladder, then go up and to the left (northwest). There should be a doorway to an area where you can save Bannon. Did you already go to that area and save Bannon? Need game info? (cant put to stash either) Upd To fox this, need to complete 1st part of quest, then second in docks.
