First wand : Controlled Destruction , cascade, conc effect > more then 40 000 avg dmg (this hits 2x so total avg dmg is 80k) ; Second wand : Cold Penetration, freezing pulse, hypothermia > more then 100 000 avg dmg ; Chest Piece : cast on critical , frenzy , freezing pulse , increased crit dmg , power charge on crit, attack speed > 180 000 freezing pulse avg dmg - poets pen has 0.25 secs cooldown so we run a belt and a pair of boots with 15% cooldown recovery each for total of 30% cd recovery. this leaves us with 0.25 - 30% which is = to 0.17. this value (0.17) is our attack rate, so to find how many times we attack per second we divide 1 per our atatck rate. so 1/0.17 = 5.9 ; then we calculate our estimated dmg per second multiplying 5.9 by our avg dmg of the skills, which are 40k x2 for cascade(80k) + 100k on the first freezing pulse. the math is : 5.9 x(80k + 100k) so basicaly 5.9 x 180k = 1.062.000. this is dmg from 2 wands, now we still have to calculate dmg from cast on crit which has 0.5 cooldown. we reduce it 30% bcs we have the boots and the belt with cd recovery, so the math goes 0.5 - 30% =0.35 then we divide 1 per 0.35 to find actual cast rate so 1/0.35 = 2.85. then finally we multiply 2.85 by freezing pulse avg dmg on chest piece which is

we basically add + 20 dmg base shock value bcs we are elementalist, and she has acces to that node which gives + 20% minimun shock and then we add +15% increased dmg taken by enemy bcs of the yoke of suffering passive, which makes u deal 5% more dmg to enemy per ailment(shock, freeze and ignite)
so its more then 2.100.000 + (15%+20%) which is + 35% essentialy and with vaal rf 30% more dmg

so u could say the minimun estimated dmg u cause pers sec
is 3.5 million

can be much more if u land a huge crit
