[Q] How to buy "First Blood Pack" via "Karma Koin"?

Hi,

I'm thinking to buy the US$20 "First Blood Pack" but I don't want to use my credit card in the interest, so buy "Karma Koin" from game shop is my only option.

However, "Karma Koin" is not so common in my country, I can neither buy two US$10 or one US$25, since I have never buy thing here before, I have two questions :-

1) What happen if you pay US$10 first? Will the system know to ask another US$10 or just thinking I'm buying 100 game points?

2) What happen if I pay US$25? Will the system automatic exchange the remaining US$5 to 50 game points?
