PVP tips and tricks

-Block gem reduction vs block and dodge builds

- Dual Brightbeak or + 3 green sockets Prismatic Eclipse +leap slam will give you super speed on weapon swap.

- Place smoke mine and use cast when damage taken + detonate mine and you will teleport at the mine placement when you are hit.


-Animated guardian + Bramblejack + other physical reflect items coupled with cast when damage taken can be a counter to close combat physical melee builds (it can be triggered infinitely in the arena but only once per round in 1 vs 1 )

-Conversion talisman X to cold+ Aquamarine Flask to counter elemental damage penetration if the opponents do not use global penetration.


-Crit multiplier in current meta is not appropriate as there are now a lot of ways to reduce extra damage from critical strikes.


-Herald of Ash + leech to counter summon raging spirit /minion builds.


-Take Bloodless node on tree or sin trek boot swap to counter legacy vinktar users or anyone that relies on leech.


-Death's Door is an easy and "cheap" counter to bleed builds.


-Ashrend is an easy and "cheap" counter to ignite builds.


-Viper's Scales is an easy and "cheap" counter to poison builds.


-Incandescent Heart is a great chest VS elemental builds.


-Dream Fragments is an easy and "cheap" counter to freeze builds.


-Cast when damage taken + flamedash can be useful to close gap distance /minimize the damage of some multiple hitting skills.

You got a good start here, and I'm sure we could all add to it.

First thing that comes to mind after reading through is a tip for the melee guys to counter the bramblejack guardian.

Bramblejack only reflects phys, so if you deal no phys then you're good to go.

Herald of Ash + leech wrecks SRS/minion builds.
