Use a Remnant of Corruption on a trapped essence monster holding an Essence of Misery/Envy/Dread/Scorn (the purple ones). You have a 25% chance to upgrade it to an Essence of Horror/Delirium/Insanity/Hysteria. You can also get lucky with divination cards.
