[ISC 3.3] Probably the last BF league starter

I'm expecting GGG to nerf Blade Flurry for like 1 year already and it didn't happen. This time i think it will happen, if not it gets kinda hard not to start next league with it again heh.

Gear could be improved some more but wasn't because i think the dmg is already ridiculous.

I could achieve 10.4M dps with 6k life(usually what i get on my glass cannons) using this setup which was more than expected for this league given i aimed for 6M dps.

Interesting thing is I could use Vaal Double Strike(which gives around 16M dps all summed up) using the same setup but i think i got too used to the braindead BF play style.

That is it, long time i don't do an item display because i realized my builds sucked. But this one seems decent after so much time playing with similar setups.
