Omeyocan Carnal Boots Not Working Properly?

So, a mod of this item is "You have onslaught while not on low mana", mods like this one have been seen on Ahn's items with mods affecting both no charges and max charges, but if you get rid of all your charges then every buff applies, smth similar happens with wise oak, which grants a buff and defensive buff if all the elemental resistances are equal, going back to the mod of the item about this thread, one way to be not on low mana is regenerating it fast enough, but if you get rid of the mana with blood magic, then you are "not on low mana", which should activate onslaught.

If this is true now, it was changed at some point. You used to be able to use Infernal Mantle with Blood Magic and get the benefit of never being on low mana. It was never considered full mana though.

Edit: OP, are you sure you don’t have onslaught? It wouldn’t give you a buff icon. Just the effects of onslaught.

I tested it, and confirmed that it's working... my bad, i was really confused because i thought the buff was going to show up the whole time without a counter, like a "Personal aura". I hope this thread helps rookies (like me) in a future if anyone feel confused.
