Announcements - The Pestilence Weapon Effect - Forum - Path of Exile

We've just introduced the Pestilence Weapon Effect to the store. This microtransaction imbues your weapon with a green and black effect which emits ghostly skulls and leaves a misty trail. Check out the video below or get yours here. Try out the new Pestilence Weapon Effect with a caustic combination of the Necrotic Armour Set, Hydra Wings, Necrotic Footprints and the Adder's Claw.
