Temple Nexus not upgrading Catalyst of Corruption

I got a Level 2 Catalyst of Corruption, and then next to it I upgraded to a Temple Nexus (which is supposed to upgrade those next to it by one tier.)
It Didn't. Too late for me, but please fix this bug going forward. Last bumped on Jun 29, 2018, 10:53:29 PM

If the room wasn't connected by an open door, there will be no upgrade. The nexus upgrades rooms that are connected to it
