Mirror / Blink Arrow clones weapon bug

I noticed that in 3.3, the clones' weapons do not copy the original character's MTX. Everything else is working as expected, but both the weapon skin and weapon effect is not applied on any of the clones. This has not happened for the past few leagues.

As you can see below, I applied the <Arc of Courage> weapon skin and <Harpy Weapon Effect> weapon effect for the bow, and for the quiver i applied a <Vanishing Dye>. My character is in the center with the four clones i cast around me, all not having the intended MTXs applied.
