Exception errors after PoE stops being responsive

Ever since the latest patch, I've been riddled with exception errors. I don't have all the exception pictures because of how my system behaves whenever Path of Exile becomes unresponsive.

Behavior of PoE becoming unresponsive on my system:

1. Path of Exile screen freezes
2. Both monitors stop functioning (turn black)
3. Game is unresponsive still
4. Cannot access task manager, alt-f4, ctrl-alt-delete, logout, use any flasks or interact with anything in the system while the monitors are not functional
5. Windows regains functionality, 5-15+ exception errors are now visible on the screen, task manager shows PoE unresponsive and can now be closed. Funnily enough OBS is still recording and functional during this period.

Keep in mind that while all this is happening, the character is still in the instance.

This happened to me as I entered a map with Elder influence. Think it was the first time during this session that portals appeared as the "special elder monster" option.

2. Exception errors during a Temple

Roll the dice on each pack in there, something crashes and when you hit it, the screen is frozen and same behavior as the other, more than 10 exception errors.

Only footage I have available for this is my own death to it, but because I was trying to force shut down before dying, I also lost the exceptions as I didn't wait for the system to come back and forced a restart. Maybe the clip will help see the monster type or maybe effects that could cause the crash.

Latest drivers for all.

Dx11 used for PoE.
Borderless fullscreen mode
Post processing, vsync both turned off
