Disintegrator Blade Vortex(EHLD)(banned)

I'm sharing this build to help community to see it's potential.
First version of this build was using malachai's mask and my dps was 20% less than what i have currently. I managed to improve my dps and survivability by more than 20% but it still doesn't feel as strong as i thought it'd be. It deals something around 5k-6k life damage per "encounter"(flicker + multistrike).

Build is a mom build with 4.6k life, 1100 unreserved mana. The main problem is that the build hs only 4 cast speed, it's not fast enough to get blades charged to 20 in time. And if you focus on cast speed too much then you lose the lethal damage the build requires to work.

the good things are,

the dps is still promising
immune to freeze, ignite, shock
high mobility
above average tankiness
strong curses


So the build is simply using:

Ascendant - Inquisitor & Elementalist

and couple blade vortex gem for the highest X-Y damage possible to get in EHLD ruleset.

Rings:

helmet

synergizes with the build very well. Chill may help with blade vortex and mana regen helps you to save your mana flask charges while casting blade vortexes.


conversion items
by crafting them on elder item bases you can get additional damage too. This is going to be the next step i'll take to improve the build. and do more thorough testing afterwards.


for initiation purposes and resistances


jewels
and 5+ jewels with staff damage/physical damage + life + cast speed.


Auras

Blasphemy + Temporal Chains or Hatred for damage.

If you use Hatred you start one shotting 5k life as y ou flicker to target. But temporal chains + blasphemy offers a better utility.

Playstyle:


use your movement skills such as lightning warp & illusory ward to catch your opponent. Flicker onto target when you are close. Link flicker with fortify for a short duration of damage resistance application on you.

problem 1: not enough cast speed
problem 2: EO doesn't trigger as much as i was expecting. Once the EO kicks in the damage feels sufficient however.
(update) switched cont. destruction to cold pen, i gained more damage and crit chance is 20% now.

problem 3the playstyle dictates the build to deal consistent(very important) 4-5k life per encounter. This possibility is strongly gated behind EO trigger.
problem 4
why would you mess with blade vortex when shrapnel shot traps or blast rain mines deal 7k life one shot anyway.

this is a build i spent 25 minutes total to make and i just tested it's first form(26% less damage and 25% less life) it was a failure. I'll keep improving this build.

nice, i've heard base crit is going to be increased too. however additive damage to 20 blades vs 10 blades is going to bring a damage loss as well.

we can safely say after BV buff, if you craft all your items on shaped/elder bases this build does really good damage. The best would be to use tactician belt & kaom's heart to fix resistances and get up to 6k life, 1.3k mana with mom.

this is the latest version this hits really hard, can one shot 5k+ life. i was lacking 15% dps(didnt do uber lab yet)
and i almost one shotted bondisk from 6kk life. it's a bit OP in my opinion but obviously it hass counters.

My trapper was 6k atm.
Anyway you may could one shotted 7k too.
