Khakhan's Loot Filters. Huge Unique tier list & useful Leveling filter

Several filters designed for anywhere from new players to racers to endgame t16 H. Mansion farmers. I started with Neversink's filter but I have done so many edits... I like most of his color choices, as such, items should be easily recognizable if you've used his.

The Leveling filter is designed with league starting and/or racing in mind. It is specialized for Sunder/Frostblades and Firestorm but its great for almost any build (just not Spectral Shield Throw).

You could keep using the Leveling filters forever, it hides many rares at around lvl 67. You could move on to "Early League" instead, which hides currency at Augment level and below, it also has more rares hidden. Same concept for Mid League and Endgame, both of them will hide most everything while leveling 1-67 as well.

Notable differences from Neversink's and mine:
Unique Tier List
I went through all the uniques and put as many of them in a tier as I could. Added a "Bad Unique" tier, a "Useful early league or rolled well" tier and a "Good for alts but not worth much" tier. There are still many uniques that you can't really put in a tier because of multiple outcomes (ex: Leather Belt).

Divination cards
I hid many of the useless ones and added a new tier that still shows the card but no longer has a sound and is less noticeable (ex: Emperor's Luck, Her Mask etc). Also, shifted several cards tiers based on 3.2 values, ~3 weeks in to the league.

Leveling filter changes
I heavily reworked what gets displayed and how for leveling. Many more magic and normal items are hidden but there are some notable exceptions: Magic boots < ilvl 25, only shows useful jewelry below rare, highlights current drop level weapons for casters and melee users, and many more.

Background colors (Leveling 1-67 only):
Red = Melee based, will highlight relevant weapons, Rustic Sash's and Iron Rings
Blue = Caster based, will highlight all wands at low level (<15) then will highlight 3link wands and some other more specific requirements as you level.
Blue-Green = show all rarities of: Turquoise, Agate, Citrine, Onyx, Two-Stone, Leather Belt, Sapphire, Ruby and Topaz while leveling
Yellow = Brutus gear (only see this < lvl 9)

There are so many other little things, ask away if you'd like to know why something is hidden or shown. I hope you enjoy the filters.
