[Unique only lld] ele blade flurry

Here is a take at the unique only rules restrictions and tourny that p4yd4y and theworldisnoteforevery1 have tried to put together.

So basically i had the thought of making an elemental damage character when looking for which melee weapons to use, i decided on hotm claws


Now the challenge was to stack lightning damage and intelligence to try and force out some damage.
Basically done through these items here.

Now this is still a crude build, but i hope the originality can help others interested in making a build for this style of rules possible.
