Cannot be Chilled doesnt work

I have 100% Avoidance agains chilled and i still get chilled. How much Chill Avoidance do i need to not get chilled anymore?

How do you get your 100% chill avoidance? Flask effect, or special item?

Are you sure you're getting chilled and not stunned? (Just making sure, apparently some people mixed up "stunned" and "frozen" recently).

There was a similar report lately (player reported he'd get frozen (not chilled though) a lot while his flask "of heat" was still active. We weren't able to come to the conclusion without a screenshot though - the most likely explanation seemed to be a Nullifier mod from Nemesis that removed flask effect.

Hmm, that video doesn't show you getting _chilled_ though - you're getting _slowed_ by a cold beam. I can see why you would expect to be protected from that, but apparently the game treats that as two separate effects. There's a bug report from 2016 over the same thing, and the fact that it never got addressed, might indicate that it is working as designed:

You could of course submit another one, as it might as well have just been overlooked. But I think the fact that the tooltip on the icon does not say "chilled", is telling.

Since Searing Bond burns but doesn't count as ignite, it makes sense that the cold version slows but doesn't count as chill.
