"Minions have #% Chance to blind on hit with Attacks"

Hey there,
just curious, do Phantasmns/Solar Guards actually "hit" the opponent to blind them? or how could I make use of this Gem? :-) Thanks in Advance! Last bumped on Mar 24, 2018, 10:30:17 PM

" Their initial attack is a Hit. The spell they cast I'm sure is considered a spell cast, rather than another attack version, but spellcasts in PoE are also considered Hits. So they'll most likely work. Last edited by Acaste7#4977 on Mar 24, 2018, 10:30:39 PM
