What is the difference between Riposte, Vengeance, and Reckoning?

They all have the same ability and dps. Only one is dex and the other two are strength.

Riposte triggers whenever you block while using a melee weapon, no matter if staff, dual wield or shield. It's single target and hits with both weapons when dual wielding.

Reckoning can only trigger when blocking with a shield. It deals area damage, centered at the enemy that triggered it.

Vengeance has a chance to trigger when hit while using a melee weapon. Deals area damage in a circle, centered at your position. Aoe scales with weapon rage. It uses a weapon at random when dual wielding.
