Reroll the colours of sockets doesn't work

Reroll the colours of sockets at the blood altar doesn't give three different colours as promised. I tried multiple times with a six green socket chest and only two colours changed.

Looks to me like you have 3 different colors for your chest sockets. I see blue, green, and red sockets. What are you expecting?

I was expecting for at least three sockets to roll into another colour than what they started as.
If it just gives an RGB item then I misunderstood the wording and this is not a bug. |

Correct; it guarantees at least one red, at least one green, and at least one blue socket. Nothing more. (I don't think it can roll white sockets, someone correct me if I'm wrong.)
