Chance orb base items

what base items are worth to pick up in 3.2.0 to chance orb them?

Is it possible to chance "Lycosidae" or other BIS Uniques?...if yes what base item required?

Also,

An Orb of Chance cannot create:

Unique items that are only available through vendor recipes
Event prizes
Unique items that exclusively drop from certain bosses or in certain areas
Upgraded versions of items, like blessed items, fated items or items only available through corruption

So this means I can chance every unique item ingame if I drop the white base item? (ofc except those you listed).

I red somewhere that I can use every 2x4 shield for "Lycosidae", not only the LVL 11 shield listed on the website.

Is this true or does this work only with the exact item listed on Wiki?

You have to use the Rawhide Tower Shield.

What are the best chance base items in 3.2.0?
