Miracle Rock Pinnacle Tower Shield

Made a new shield for my Crit Block Gladiator, ideally I wanted 15% reduced mana or 6-8% block chance instead of %fire res but this will do for now. Total Crafting cost was about 80 exalt. Chaos spammed until I hit t1 +armor and %armor, exalted the t1 life. It then had 6 mods, annulled it once and it removed a suffix. Then I continued crafting with prefixes cannot be changed - scouring. The goal was to make a 3 t1 prefix shield with the "Gain charge on block" mod + 1 extra good suffix. I didn't have Essences to craft with this time, it would probably be cheaper than the method I used.
