Integrated gpu of that apu equals to a dedicated Radeon R7 250 and the cpu itself is weaker than the Pentium G4560, so even if everything is set to as low as possible at 1080p it's going to be quite difficult to get close to 50fps, not really close but it should be around there.

The reason for "30fps" is because of vsync, poe uses triple buffering when vsync is engaged and if framerate is not perfectly 60 it falls back to 30fps in an instant and hence why some folks have stuttering and what not, so disable vsync to figure how much fps you can get.

To summarise there is not enough hardware power for higher framerate.

thanks for the reply.

I really do know nothing about computers but i just find it odd that i can run battlefield 1 on low settings at 40fps but not path :/

Ive tried turning of vsync and i still go from about 15 to 40 fps max

this may be a ridiculous question but is there a way to make my graphics card only put of 720p instead of 1080p? or does that just come down to screen resolution settings?

There is a setting called "dynamic resolution" it only works in dx11 64bit and it would make your screen super blurry which is a horrible way to play and it would render you unable to see a damn thing, but it's possible to adjust target framerate and partially alleviate blurrines.

So yeah it mostly comes down to screen resolution only (lesser the screen resolution means lesser the rendering resolution and hence better the framerate).

Weak gpu, put a lower resolution (1600x900) or 1280 x720 and if still run bad go with dynamic resolution
