How legit is this price estimate?

Is the machine learning price estimate completely busted or is it actually 2 exalts? I don't see what's so good about the wand, so I'm guessing the estimate is busted. It seems to give accurate prices for other rares, so I don't get why it'd be so wrong if this item is just garbage.

Apparently, the machine still has a lot to learn.

Hardcore is weird. You might find a buyer looking specifically for that, and exalts aren't worth all that much. People giving advice might be basing it on league play.

But I'm not that into trade. The item doesn't seem all that special to me either.

I can't see anyone accepting +1 skill that could opt for +2 pretty easily.

That tool is great for uniques, and pricing them for your shop as it saves you time on poe.trade. It's usable for rares as well in the sense that if you have no idea if something is worth anything, you can use the tool to see if it warrants further investigation through reliable means.

I have at least never seen it price a rare that was worth over 5c at vendor tier prices.
