"Everyone" is using them because the game has given the players too much power, so tossing Bisco's on in place of a functioning ammy is a no brainer for many. He addresses Bisco's and basically states that the devs are okay with its power level at the moment because it carries a pretty hefty opportunity cost and on its own doesn't necessarily make every build better/more profitable. It's not a Headhunter in that it's not an automatic BiS amulet. So they have no plans to mess with it. Basically, it's fine, and anyone freaking out about it is buying into the hivemind hype. It's higher quantity than Biscos in a regular map that everyone runs because we also get more drops from Magic / Rare / Unique monsters. 1 unique monster = 32 white monsters quantity and rarity 1 rare monster = 16 white monsters quantity and rarity 1 magic monster = 8 magic monsters quantity and rarity Even without the giant price tag, it has never been a "must use" or in my books even a "good" item in a non MF build. People simply like big numbers and don't analyze things properly. I didn't give a damn about that amulett even when it wasn't worth that much. Had a 99% quantity one and the difference in drops I noticed was so tiny that I sold it without hesitation. With those crazy prices right now, one should calculate how long it needs to be used to get the cost back. I rather wear a random yellow amu.
