Arena for Garukhan missing.

I'm doing the Ruler of Highgate quest and it says to find Oyun and save from Kira and Google says they're in an arena but one is not showing up for me, just all the other points to other areas. I've tried resetting the map 2 times and it hasn't popped up any of them.

Just to confirm, you're looking along the outer walls of The Quarry right? It's also not necessarily the Western wall, I've had the arena spawn in the East occasionally.

You are looking in Quarry and you did find the arena? Or you cant even find the arena? Sorry, a bit confusing what you wrote

Yeah I'm looking in the Quarry, the arena entrance isn't showing up for me at all, I can't find the arena. I ran around the whole map so I could see all of it and still not there. Sorry for the weird wording.

I thought the Wind Shrine = Arena for Garukhan??

It is I'm dumb the video I saw said 'arena' so that's what I was looking for and never thought to look in there lol thank you for your help and everyone else for trying :D
