How to "move" Elder on another map?

Hi, how can I "move" Elder from this map only (tier:7 Underground river)? I want to get him in higher tiers also.

The is no way to move him.
The only way is to:
- kill Elder guardians where they spawned
- kill Elder where he spawned -> this will reduce elder and shaper influence on your atlas
- run red maps only (!!!) until elder and shaper influence start spreading again. if you run (high) red maps only you will increase the chance for the influence to appear in higher maps
- run red maps with shaper influence to make them get elder influence until elder spawns in a red map

It is total RNG in which elder influenced map he will respawn. Try to have as much red maps with his influence as possible to increase the chance for him to spawn in a red map.

Yeah you have to make sure the clear the elder influence on the lower tier maps. Once he spawns, he's locked there and you have to clear and start over.
