[Item Filter] Cannot Hide Elder/Shaper items

The following filter code does not function as expected:

Currently, Elder/Shaper items cannot be hidden by loot filters. This is intended, not a bug.

" But why? As with most rare items, 99% of them won't be worth the time to pick up and identify a few days into a league. Why would you deny us the option to hide them if we know what we're doing? yeah, doesn't really make sense, since a lot of my elder & shaper drops are totally useless shit tier 2-handed weapon bases
