Supporter Pack Upgrade Bug, can't properly purchase
So I've E-Mailed a few days ago, and E-mailed again to get no response at all so I assume it's either being worked on and I wasn't updated or I'm just never getting an answer... But
I bought the Redeemer Pack and some regular point packs and when I try to upgrade to the Subjugator pack, which from the website shows this: When I actually go down to Subjugator though...: $200? It was $70 to upgrade prior to my purchasing any point packs. It used to let me upgrade from my Redeemer Pack and not just point packs. The weird part is that the next pack, the Dominator Pack DOES include my Redeemer pack: A pack that costs $240 more as a base only costs $80 more in terms of upgrading. How on earth is that supposed to work out? Is there any known fix to make my Redeemer a consideration for Subjugator? Last bumped on Jan 25, 2018, 9:58:41 PM

" Computers are good at logic, but bad at common sense. The server only sees two things: 1) There is a cap of 80% of a purchase coming from previous purchases being upgraded, and 2) Your eligible purchases exceed this limit. So it cuts one purchase out of consideration, then pats itself on the back for doing extra work to be helpful. When GGG respond they should be able to arrange this manually for you. " I made the exact same mistake as you and purchased a points pack before doing the math and realizing that these points will screw up the "only 80% of a supporter pack can be credited with point packs". So after the purchase the next supporter pack in line only accounted for this points pack and not the previous supporter packs. And just like you wrote the one after it was cheaper because it accounted for previous supporter packs and points. I wrote to support and they replied within a few hours and got this matter settled. Great support team IMO! Good luck! |
