Prefixes Cannot Be Changed with Essence

A Question..
If you Roll a high two Handet Mace with "%Phy" and with "+ to Physical Damage".
Can you then Craft "Prefixes Cannot Be Changed" and add attack Speed with "Essence of Zeal" on it? Or does this not work?

From the patch notes for essence:

"

Essences ignore master metamods when crafting items.

I would be surprised if this behavior has changed in later patches.

So no, that won't work.

Edit: Just checked wiki and still looks to be true. "using an essence this way will ignore and override any Master's meta-crafting modifiers.[1]"
