The Cruel Labyrinth

I completed this Labyrinth but I didn't get my 2 ascendancy points. Did I do something wrong? I went to the ascendancy bench but I had nothing to allocate ... I did add a modifier.

When you activated the Labyrinth device, did you select Cruel difficulty first? It defaults to Normal Lab, gotta hit the button to enter Cruel.

It shows I have completed the first and second Labrynth from the Labrynth device. The next set I haven’t started yet.

" It does? In what way? I thought it only showed which were available & which Trials were completed. GGG do not offer first-party Technical Support.
