Instance Crashes

I just had two instance crashes back to back, both were Museum maps. Bug report reference number is 2,226,905,000. The first crash happened right as I killed the boss of the map. When I loaded back in my portals were still there but I got the error "could not load any instance". The second one happened on the next map, another Museum, during regular play. When I came back again all portal were gone from my hideout.
