Leyline map random portal.

I finished the Leyline map and in one corner I found a random portal with the default effect. I could not interact with it in any way, it was just standing there.

I've seen this too, multiple times, seems to happen on Elder or Shaper influenced maps.
 Maybe it's an NPC that ran away because of the corruptions? |
