Lighting the way

In act VII, I got the 7 fireflies from The Dead Thicket and then went to Vaal map and talked to Yeena to open The Temple of Decay. She transformed in a dog and opened the door for me. When I was about to enter the Second Floor and it told me "You do not have the requires quest state." I was surprised, I thought maybe I had missed something so I went back to town to talk to NPCs, Yeena was still in town with the firefly dialogue.

I went back to Vaal map and there were no Yeena and the door leading to Temple of Decay had spider webs. I dropped the fireflies, went back to a new instance of Dead Thicket, got 7 new fireflies. still no Yeena.

Please help us GGG.

Update : the hitbox from where Yeena was standing is still there, it forces me around an invisible object which is Yeena for sure but I can't do anything
