where do i hunt for "lookout" map?

Maps can drop if you have previously completed them, or if you are in a map connected to them. Since the former doesn't apply, I'd guess, the later is your best bet. (If you have done it, and just want more, then any map drop of the appropriate tier can be for the specific map you want.)
Beyond that, Zana may sell them to you, and for T1 maps you can do act 8+ locations and get map drops. (Though if you are on maps, you probably only want the higher end of act 10 maps, because they are subject to the currency reduction for overlevelled characters.) |

Take a look on your atlas, or at https://www.reddit.com/r/pathofexile/comments/7drpfv/31_atlas_remastered_map_with_tiers/ and you should be able to find it.
Those are just the generic rules for hunting any map, FWIW, and I don't know what connects to the lookout, but yeah, farm near it (or better, complete it yourself) and you should be able to grind it up. |
