Where is Chitus Plum?

Chitus Plum used to be found in the Hedge Maze, which was removed in 3.1. I cleared most of the Imperial Gardens, which is where the Quest Log indicates it is, but have not found it yet. Can anyone confirm they found it in the Imperial Gardens yet?
