Myself and alot more people seem to have said issue. I dont know what causes it but as said Dom isnt spawning his trio when killing his first three guards. Cheers, Zahkriisos! :)  Trying to satisfy the whole PoE community is like telling a nymphomaniac to only have sex once in a week.
