Shaped Skywalker

Hi.
When I look at the new background of the PoE forum, I guess, I see Shaper on the right.
He looks very similar to Luke Skywalker.
Could it be Shaped Skywalker?
How powerfull is he?
Is he using a lightsambre with Sith support Gem?
Share your opinion on this one please.

I am so glad I am not a Star Wars fan.

But I was a fan of something else and I saw that in everything, so I get it.

He wears a hood because he was a secret boss for Atlas of Worlds.

I haven't even gotten that far, but this War for the Atlas had me look up a few things and my god is the story great!
