What level to kill Shaper

What's the average? I'm a level 90 Gladiator and I killed all four guardians pretty easy except the Minotaur, he killed me twice before I could kill him. Would I be ready to take on the Shaper? I wouldn't want to waste all my fragments if I know I'm going to get crushed and have to start over.

I don't think Shaper really has much of a level requirement. Compared to the guardians, your defensive stats matter a lot less and your DPS and skill at dodging matter a lot more. That said, level 90 is more than enough to do any content in the game.

I imported your Gladiator into Path of Building to take a look. Frankly, you're going to really struggle to do Shaper. Would not recommend. Your DPS is very low - 200k is the suggested minimum to do Shaper, and you are not close to that. You might eventually be able to whittle him down, but it would be a very painful experience and you're going to run into issues with Zana dying and the ground effects stacking up. Plus, Shaper pretty much ignores all your block stuff. Sorry.

How did you get my DPS? Most of my damage is in my bleeding which doesn't show up on the character sheet.
