Skill MTX suggestion

Dear GGG I have 3 frost bolts in my build and I bought nice mtx for it BUT I can use it only with 1 of my gems...the rest 2 frost bolts can't be modified and ruin my eye candy FX. Can u pls fix it?

Oh and btw pls FIX Navali's prophecy notice....this purple art stays for ages right in the center of the screen...often during a fight (at least 10 sec....it is TOO LOONG) Before 3.0 it was disapear in 1-2 sec
